Frank Miller has made a career in Rockwall of giving patients top quality care with excellent customer service and appreciation.

Born and raised in Blackwell, OK he graduated for Oklahoma State University in 1957. He then started at Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas. Upon graduation, Frank was commissioned as a Dental Officer in the US Navy.

Following an additional year of clinical dental training, he served onboard the aircraft carrier. USS Ranger, stationed in San Francisco. Following his naval service, Frank became Rockwall's first dentist in 1965. After 11 years of general dentistry practice he returned to Baylor College of Dentistry and completed his orthodontic residency in 1978, becoming Rockwall's first orthodontist.

Frank has long been one of Rockwall's most ardent supporters, even serving three terms as Mayor. He has served on the RISD School Board, Rockwall Economic Development Corporation, Rockwall County YMCA board and numerous other community organizations. He currently serves on the Rockwall County Appraisal District and as board chairman for First Christian Church.

Bart Miller truly enjoys meeting people in the community, young and old, through his practice, getting to know them, and helping them achieve their goal of having a healthy, beautiful smile.

Born and raised in Rockwall, he graduated from Rockwall High School in 1986. Bart attended Northwestern University and graduated from Rice University in 1990.

Upon graduation, Bart was commissioned as a Surface Warfare Officer in the US Navy, accepted into the Naval Nuclear Propulsion program, and served onboard the guided-missile cruiser, USS Truxtun, stationed in Washington State.

Following his naval service, Bart started dental school at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, graduating summa cum laude in 1999. He then completed his orthodontic residency at Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas in 2001 and began practicing in Rockwall.

Married with three children, Bart enjoys coaching their various sports teams and is involved in the community, actively serving on boards for the Rockwall County YMCA, RISD Education Foundation, and the Rotary Club service organization.
